As a Sales / Design consultant you will develop lasting relationships with customers while helping them design rooms they will love . JOB DESCRIPTION: At Brooks Furniture our goal is to help customers make their space feel like home by offering personalized design, quality home furnishings, and outstanding customer experience., You will make connections while helping discover the customers wants and needs while building a relationship to last for many years to come. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Great guest with a positive attitude and provide knowledgeable information about our products. * Provide product, service, and finance expertise based on your customer's needs * Proven negotiation and customer service skills * Maintain a relationship with your customer before during and after the sale. * Help maintain a clean and organized showroom.
