Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective territory management and relationship building with clients. You will engage in B2B sales, focusing on lead generation, account management, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position comes with a competitive base salary as well as commissions. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business development. * Conduct cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Manage a designated territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential clients. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze customer data. * Provide ongoing account management support, including upselling additional products or services as appropriate. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Skills * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Strong computer skills required, CRM familiarity is a plus * Customer-centric (relationship) approach to sales. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong customer service abilities.
