Job description: * This position is exclusively for individuals with 1+ years' experience working in a State Farm Agency. Candidates without this experience will NOT be considered. Industry experience outside of State Farm Agency experience does not qualify. Remote Worker or Hybrid - State Farm Service Team Member This role is all about building meaningful, lasting relationships with our valued policyholders by providing attentive and caring support every step of the way. You'll help them thoughtfully manage and optimize their insurance and financial needs, making sure they always feel confident and cared for. This isn't a cold-calling position--instead, it's a wonderful opportunity to blend your expert customer care with a consultative approach, nurturing and strengthening the connections we already have with our clients. Pacific Time hours. Role Overview: As a valued member of our team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our long-standing clients, providing personalized and attentive service. You'll proactively explore ways to enhance their coverage and ensure their changing needs are met with the right solutions. Your dedication to nurturing strong client relationships and offering thoughtful account management will play a key role in fostering loyalty and long-term satisfaction. Account Representative Responsibilities will include: * Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive and upbeat attitude * Adapt quickly to changes and new challenges * Collaborate with team members and be open to coaching and feedback * Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions * Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision * Prepare and process all necessary documentation to maintain and update client policies and records efficiently and accurately. * Collaborate closely with the agency team to ensure seamless client experiences and support business objectives. Account Representative Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 years' direct experience working within a State Farm Agency, with demonstrated expertise in client servicing and account management. More experience is highly preferred. * Have a valid Casualty/Property Broker-Agent Insurance license in California or another state.
