Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in promoting our products, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations. * Provide product demonstrations and share knowledge about features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and effective communication skills. * Maintain a positive work environment. * Adhere to store policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions. * Provide support in all cross functional departments, including but not limited to, store maintenance. * Lift and/or move up to 30lbs.
