As the Retail Sales & Recruiting Support Specialist, you have the role of supporting VP of Retail Sales and Advisory Recruiting teams with various projects and tasks related to advisor and Financial Center recruiting. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm $62,000-$68,000/year + Benefits Responsibilities: * Event planning and production. * Assist with training & mentoring new employees on the recruiting team. * Coordinate prospective Financial Centers/Financial Advisors information form for each call/meeting w/ Partner Dev Rep (PDR). * Manage all prospective seminars/webinars. * Manage the RIMS system for Recruiting. * Prepares meeting/event agendas. * Coordinate w/ Partner Development Reps on recruit materials. * Coordinate/host Home Office Visits for recruit's w/ PDR's. * Manage recruit database, Weekly Dashboard Reports. * Assist in implementation of master recruiting plan for 40+ FC's Nationwide. * Help coordinate/manage the relationship - meetings between Marketing, Transitions and Recruiting. * Strategic Scheduling & Prioritization. * Vendor Administration. * Process & Program Development. * Prospect Strategy Support. * Technology Training & maintenance. * Analyze prospecting trends using Salesforce & Redtail. * On-boarding & transitioning all new Advisors. * Managing Pipelines and sales calendars/tasks. * Creates and maintains CRM Sales reports. * Create sales ideas and content. * Analyzes advisors Broker Check to determine Compliance viability. * Attend & maintain agenda for Advisory council meetings. * Review, present & Process contracts & legal documents for Financial Centers. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience with a financial services firm * Background as a event planner, recruiter, project manager, office manager or executive assistant * Familiar with sales processes * Proficient in MS Office * Knowledge of database management systems such as Salesforce or FINTRX a plus * Willing to obtain SIE Series 6 or 7 after hire We offer a generous compensation package that includes an attractive benefits package with medical, dental and vision, 401k company match, discretionary profit sharing, PTO, valet parking and more.
