Full description of the position

Wylie Case IH Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling agricultural equipment, machinery, and related services to farmers, agribusinesses, and other customers within a designated territory. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales of Case IH agricultural equipment, implements, and technology solutions. The role involves prospecting new customers, providing product demonstrations, and offering after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. * Sales & Business Development: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business. * Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase Case IH equipment and solutions. * Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options with customers. * Customer Service & Support: * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on equipment solutions based on customer needs. * Offer guidance on maintenance, warranties, and after-sales services. * Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Market & Industry Knowledge: * Stay up to date on Case IH product offerings, competitor products, and industry trends. * Attend trade shows, agricultural events, and manufacturer training sessions. * Administrative Tasks: * Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM software. * Prepare quotes, contracts, and reports as required. * Work closely with dealership management and Case IH representatives to meet sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: * Prior experience in agricultural equipment sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong knowledge of farming operations and agricultural equipment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and travel within the sales territory. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A valid driver's license and ability to operate farm equipment for demonstrations.
