Head of Sales As our Head of Sales, you will be tasked with managing our outside sales team. Helping them focus on growth throughout the Bay Area with emphasis on commercial and multifamily. Core Responsibilities * Manage the Sales Team: Lead a local team of reps. Coach them on how to walk job sites, read blueprints, and close deals with property managers and developers. * Target Big Clients: Use your existing Bay Area network to land contracts with major regional players. * Own the "Turn" Business: Build a system for high-speed flooring replacement during tenant turnovers, ensuring the team hits 24-48 hour installation windows. * Drive Revenue: Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Bay Area market and hold the team accountable to those numbers. * Problem Solve: Step in to handle high-level disputes, job site delays, or supply chain issues to keep projects on track. Experience Requirements (No Degree Required) * 8+ Years in Flooring: You must know the products inside and out--specifically Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) , carpet, and moisture barriers common in California builds. * Local Bay Area Network: You need established relationships with local property management firms and general contractors from San Francisco to San Jose. * Management Track Record: Proven experience leading a sales team and hitting multi-million-dollar annual targets. * Field Expertise: Ability to perform accurate job-site "take-offs" (measurements) and understand California-specific labor laws and installation codes. * Tech Savvy: While you don't need a degree, you must be proficient in using CRM software and digital estimation tools such as Measure Square.
