Job description This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven individual with a strong track record of securing new business, exceeding revenue targets, and building lasting brand partnerships. As a key player in our US growth strategy, you'll represent UNiDAYS to leading global and emerging brands, helping them engage Gen Z audiences across our verification-enabled marketplace. You'll take full ownership of your pipeline, from prospecting to closing, and work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and insights teams to create compelling value propositions. This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to shape how brands go to market with UNiDAYS in the US. Job responsibilities * Drive new business acquisition : Own and grow a pipeline of high-potential brand prospects across key verticals (e.g. fashion, beauty, tech, food, travel), converting them into long-term strategic partners. * Deliver revenue growth : Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through solution-led, consultative selling. * Own the full sales cycle : Lead outbound outreach, pitch preparation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and onboarding. * Leverage data to optimise performance : Use Salesforce and internal dashboards to drive pipeline efficiency, track key performance metrics, and continuously improve conversion ratios. * Build strong partner relationships : Establish trust with senior stakeholders (Brand, Performance, Growth, eCommerce, and Media teams) and communicate the value of UNiDAYS' Gen Z reach and verification capabilities. * Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with category leads, marketing, product, and insights teams to tailor partner strategies and accelerate deal velocity. * Champion the voice of the market : Provide structured feedback into product and commercial teams to influence the roadmap, pricing models, and go-to-market positioning. * Represent UNiDAYS externally : Attend key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build awareness and elevate our US profile. Job requirements * Commercially sharp : 2-5 years in a fast-paced sales, business development, media, affiliate marketing, or SaaS environment, with a demonstrable ability to close deals and hit revenue targets. * Solution-led mindset : Skilled in identifying customer pain points and crafting compelling proposals aligned to strategic objectives and ROI. * Relationship builder : Proven ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level decision-makers in marketing, eCommerce, and media. * Industry fluency : Understanding of the digital advertising and eCommerce ecosystem, including affiliate networks, measurement tools, and Gen Z marketing trends. * Tech-savvy and data-literate : Confident using CRM (e.g. Salesforce), sales dashboards, and data to manage pipeline and inform prioritisation. * Energetic and resilient : Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and ambitious targets. * Team player with impact : Collaborative yet accountable -- able to work independently while contributing to the success of the wider commercial team.
