Position Summary We're hiring entry-level sales representatives to help us connect with local homeowners and introduce them to PestBear's trusted services. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy talking to people and want to build a career in sales --no prior experience required. What You 'll Do * Speak with local homeowners to identify pest control needs * Educate customers on PestBear's pest and termite services * Generate new customers through direct outreach * Answer questions and provide excellent customer service * Work with your team to meet and exceed sales goals * Accurately track customer interactions and sales activity What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and people skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work independently and on a team * Basic computer skills * High school diploma or equivalent * No experience required -- door-to-door or customer service experience is a plus * Bilingual candidates strongly recommended to apply!
