Associate Sales Representative - Dealer Channel OTE: $50,000-$70,000 About the Role Tuff Jug is seeking an Associate Sales Representative - Dealer Channel to support our growing dealer network. This is an entry-level sales role focused on dealer onboarding, follow-up, and account support, working closely with the Inside Sales team and Sales Leadership. This position is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to wholesale, dealer, and distributor sales. Key Responsibilities * Support dealer onboarding and account setup * Follow up on dealer leads from distributors and trade shows * Assist with dealer reorders via phone and email * Provide product, pricing, and program information to dealers * Maintain accurate activity and notes in CRM * Support Inside Sales Representatives with outreach and follow-up What Success Looks Like * Dealer leads are contacted quickly and professionally * Dealers receive timely and accurate information * Reorders are processed efficiently * Inside Sales and leadership workload is reduced Qualifications * 0-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or account support * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive * Comfortable learning products and pricing quickly * Interest in building a career in B2B sales Compensation & Growth * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000-$70,000 * Base salary + performance-based bonus or commission * Clear growth path into Inside Sales Representative - Dealer Channel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Application Question(s): * 1.
