Now Hiring: Elite Sales & Leasing Consultants Rivard-Royall GMC | Memphis, TN Rivard-Royall GMC is building something special in Memphis -- and we're looking for proven automotive professionals who want more responsibility, more income, and more opportunity. We are specifically seeking salespeople with prior F &I Manager and/or Sales Manager experience who are ready to run their own deals and be paid accordingly. The Role: Full-Cycle Sales Professional This is not a hand-off sales position. Our Sales & Leasing Consultants are responsible for the entire deal from start to finish , including: * Greeting and qualifying customers * Vehicle presentation and demonstration * Desk presentation and payment structuring * Presenting and selling F&I products (VSC, GAP, protection products, etc.) * Completing and signing all required contracts with the customer If you've worked in F&I or management before, this role allows you to leverage that experience daily and control your income.
