We are currently experiencing a boom in growth and sales, and are seeking a few motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Salespeople to join our dynamic team. Job Description As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the purchasing process, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences. * Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits. * Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about the vehicle. * Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently. * Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our inventory. * Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends and competitor offerings. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. * Keep up with an extensive amount of leads provided. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. * Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar role is a plus but not required. * Spanish speaking is a plus. * Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a passion for cars. * Proficiency with computer systems and sales software.
