Overview About the Role 5280 Metal Supply is growing rapidly and is excited to welcome a Business Development Representative to our team. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, driving sales growth, and professionally representing 5280 Metal Supply's trusted brand. What We 're Looking For * Experience : 2-5 years of B2B sales experience. * Attitude : A positive, team-oriented mindset that thrives in collaboration. * Drive : A proactive self-starter with the determination to succeed. * Commitment : A dedication to achieving goals and advancing professionally. Key Responsibilities * CRM Management : Collect and accurately input all customers and lead data into the CRM system. * Sales Training : Actively participate in required product and sales training sessions. * Lead Generation : Meet with at least 6 prospects weekly to identify and secure new opportunities. * Networking : Build and strengthen connections with roofers, general contractors, property managers, and investors by attending 3-5 networking events per week, including leads groups. * Client Meetings : Coordinate and schedule meetings for managers to prepare job estimates. * Daily Check-ins : Attend daily and weekly morning check-ins as scheduled. * Progress Updates : Provide weekly updates and progress reports to the team. * Invoicing : Follow up on invoice receipts and ensure timely payments. * Lead Management : Work on leads provided by 5280 Metal Supply and prepare detailed, accurate order estimates.
