JOB TITLE: Sales Manager EMPLOYER: AutoFit DEPARTMENT: Sales REPORTS TO: Branch Manager / CFO SALES MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand market share in the auto body parts aftermarket industry. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including body shops, dealerships, fleet services, and wholesalers. * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management. * Develop and implement sales plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to enhance business growth. * Ensure a superior customer service experience through professional interactions and effective problem-solving. * Collaborate with the purchasing and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. * Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. * Train and mentor sales associates, fostering a high-performance sales culture. * Maintain thorough knowledge of auto body parts, pricing structures, and industry regulations. * Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. * Perform other related duties as assigned by management. SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the auto body parts aftermarket industry. * Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. * Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and develop action plans accordingly. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and sales management software. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. * Knowledge of auto body parts, aftermarket distribution, and the automotive industry is a plus.
