Job Summary The Sales Tax Customer Service Representative delivers timely and accurate support to customers on sales tax inquiries, exemptions, filings, and compliance matters. This role acts as a primary contact for resolving tax- related questions while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and ensuring adherence to relevant sales tax regulations and internal policies. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) * 1-3 years of customer service, billing, or tax-related experience * Basic understanding of sales tax concepts * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities * Familiarity with multi-state or international sales tax/VAT * Experience with tax automation or billing platforms * Time management and multitasking skills * Analytical and research capabilities
