Summary As a Field Sales Representative at Vozzcom Inc, you will play a vital role in connecting with customers and driving sales in the field. This position is crucial for maintaining our reputation as a trusted partner in the cable industry, where building relationships and achieving retention goals are key. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth. * Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities within your territory. * Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize revenue from current accounts. * Manage your assigned territory to ensure coverage and meet sales targets. * Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide exceptional service. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for lead generation and account management. Vozzcom offers: * A base hourly rate, plus an additional commission/bonus structure. * Full IRS Mileage Expense Reimbursement in addition to earnings. * Potential bonus awards for addition to earnings. * Available overtime for those meeting performance goals. * Paid training. * Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit available * Available Dental/Vision/Life/Disability benefits. * PTO, Sick, and Holiday Pay * Matching 401K with no vesting (available at 1 year of employment) * Company supplied uniforms, cellphone, tablet and supplies. Requirements * Valid Driver's License. * Must own a reliable Vehicle. * Vehicle must be legally registered. * Must be listed as a driver on the vehicle insurance * Must be at least 18 years old. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
