Westbury Toyota is seeking an Assistant Used Car Manager. The Assistant Used Car Manager will oversee inventory management, pricing, sales strategy, marketing, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing pre-owned vehicle sales, a strong ability in customer satisfaction and maximize profitability and is self-motivated with the drive to succeed in one of the Tri-State's largest volume dealerships. Assistant Used Car Manager Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and motivate the used vehicle sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals. * Manage used car inventory, pricing, and merchandising using Vauto software. * Tracks customer interest in vehicles not in stock (lost sales). * Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to optimize sales strategies. * Collaborate with other departments to create seamless customer experience and drive dealership-wide success. * Track performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. * Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions. * Attends managers' meetings as requested. * Maintains professional appearance. * Other tasks as assigned. Assistant Used Car Manager Qualifications: * Valid Driver's License. * 5-10 years of experience in used vehicle management and sales. * Proficiency in Vauto and dealership management tools. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. * Must have an understanding of a large-volume store Westbury Toyota, Inc. is a member of the Stoler Automotive Group.
