Responsibilities

:

• Lead, train, and motivate the Sales Team to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Oversee the full sales process to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Desk and structure deals to maximize profitability and transparency
• Manage vehicle inventory pricing, merchandising, and online presence
• Ensure effective follow-up and CRM usage for lead and customer management
• Set performance expectations and provide coaching, accountability, and feedback
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, and other departments to support store operations
• Track and report sales performance metrics

Qualifications

:

• Automotive dealership sales experience required
• Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable working with CRM and digital retail tools
• Highly organized, goal-driven, and customer-focused
