Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions through product demonstrations. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits. * Manage customer relationships using CRM to track interactions and follow up on leads. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation. * Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge. Requirements * Proven experience in sales. * Strong skills in upselling, negotiation, and closing deals. * Familiarity with CRM software is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. * Ability to generate leads through various channels and effectively market products. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process. * A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.
