Requirements * Active NYS Sales License * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to manage multiple client inquiries independently Responsibilities * Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential properties * Conduct property showings and prepare comparative market analyses (CMA) * Negotiate offers and contract terms on behalf of clients * Maintain timely, professional communication with assigned client inquiries * Manage transaction documentation and updates using the company CRM What Monarch Provides * Responsive principal broker - if you have any questions at all, your principal broker will be available to assist and guide you at almost any time of day * Professional email account * Business cards upon completion of 30 day probation period * Technology tools for communication, lead management, and documentation * Optional training resources and operational support This is a fully remote role.
