Southaven RV & Marine is hiring an entry level Sales Outfitter for our Southaven, Ms. store! We are seeking Sales Outfitters who shares our values and can be a part of high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Outfitter at Southaven RV & Marine, you will play a crucial role in fostering a passion for the outdoors with the iconic brands like Jayco, Grand Design, Brinkley, New Mar and Airstream as well as others. Responsibilities: * Inspire fellow sales team members to excel, assisting in fostering a culture and passion for great team environment. * Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to perform and meet sales targets. * Foster strong customer relationships and monitor interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Collaborate with the sales management to ensure all tasks are completed and updated within the CRM system. * Conduct comprehensive sales training sessions, empowering the team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. * Think outside the box to create innovative solutions and make every deal possible. Requirements: * One Year Prior experience with Real Estate, Jewelry, Cell Phone, or sales equivalent or Assistant Golf Pro are all experiences, that seem to translate well but not limited to successful backgrounds. * Demonstrated experience and knowledge of leadership. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm, patient, and professional in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in computer skills and working knowledge of CRM software. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and sales team members. * Willingness to be managed * Math skills * Writing skills * Interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills * Current driver's license * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening * Professional appearance and demeanor * High school diploma Thank you for your interest in Southaven RV & Marine!
