We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Retail Sales Associate works as a member of our team to create and excellent customer and brand experience. As a Sales Associate you will provide customers with service and bundle options from Charter, enroll new customer accounts, and answer customer questions in-store. Retail Sales Associate Tasks &

Responsibilities

:

• Utilize outstanding communication skills to help customers
• Provide and exceptional customer experience
• Work as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer experience
• Perform point of sale responsibilities and process all forms of payment
• Maintains a comprehensive working product knowledge
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
• Retail Associates may be assigned to work in various departments
• Greet customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
• Conveys information in a way that helps customers actively make decision Retail Sales Associate

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication and customer support skills
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions
• Spanish speaking applicants are encouraged to apply
• Relevant experience
• Flourishes in an environment that values exceptional customer service
• Must be able to constantly lift/carry/push/pull at minimum 20 lbs
• Enjoys developing and sharing new ideas
• Flexible scheduling availability

• Must be able to work on-site at our retail location in Dallas, TX Additional Information about the Retail Associate Role: This role is a W-2 employee position, with base salary + bonuses.
