A well-established Outsourcing Agency is seeking motivated Sales Representatives. Job Duties: * Identify and contact businesses that are looking to cut costs by hiring overseas employees. * Explain to potential customers, how our team can support their operational needs. * Build and maintain relationships with clients for ongoing staffing support. Qualifications: * Strong communication and sales skills * Building relationships with people * Self-motivated individuals who can generate and nurture leads * Experience in B2B sales or staffing/recruitment is a plus, but not required Overseas employees earn $9.00 per hour. You earn a recurring commission based on a portion of each employee's hourly rate, providing ongoing income for as long as your clients retain staff through our service Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Paid training Work Location: In person
