Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Growth opportunities * Work-from-home days * Flexible working hours * Safe work environment Outside Sales Representative Duties: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation - Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts Experience: - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field -Experience in the lumber and cabinetry industry a plus - Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is preferred We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission.
