* Location: Jacksonville, Florida Type: Direct Hire Job #11083 Salary: $65,000 Location Type: On-Site Employee Benefits Producer We're looking for a motivated Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business growth and nurture a portfolio of group benefits clients. You'll prospect daily, close new accounts, and partner with an account manager to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service for your groups. Key Responsibilities * Prospect & Generate Leads - Identify potential clients each day through calls, networking, referrals, and other outreach strategies * Close New Business - Assess client needs, present tailored employee-benefit solutions, and secure group policies * Client Documentation - Maintain accurate records for both prospective and current accounts * Licensing & Compliance - Obtain and maintain required Life & Health licensing; stay current on industry regulations * Account Oversight - Collaborate with your assigned account manager to handle all aspects of new-group implementation and service * Professional Development - Participate in ongoing learning to deepen benefit-plan expertise * Team Leadership (Optional) - May supervise support staff depending on office structure Qualifications * Active Life & Health (2-15 or equivalent) license, or ability to obtain promptly * Proficiency with MS Office and online research tools * Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills * Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards * Ability to travel periodically; must maintain an acceptable driving record and personal auto insurance * Bachelor's degree preferred
