Super Crunch Tanghulu is seeking customer service professionals to sell candy fruits, fresh juice, chocolate strawberry cups, and other festival food items at the 2026 Florida Strawberry Festival. Super Crunch Tanghulu Featured on CBC, Super Crunch is the largest tanghulu candy fruit company in North America. Each year we take part in over 70 festivals in the USA and Canada, and make an assortment of innovative tanghulu designs to satisfy all tastes and preferences. We aim to bring the vibrant and timeless tradition of candied fruit to modern palates, creating a delightful and colourful experience right in front of our customers. Inspired by the age-old Asian street food, our Tanghulu offerings provide a unique blend of traditional flavours and contemporary customization. Each delicious stick is meticulously skewered and dipped into a shimmering glaze of sweet syrup, creating a tantalizing treat. The vibrant display of fruits and the sparkling glaze at our kiosk create a visual feast, perfectly capturing the joy and excitement of the trendiest food item on social media. Super Smash Juice The goal of Super Smash Juice is to make the world's freshest and most interesting juice products right in front of the customers. Modelled after the concept of product customization found in popular chains such as Subways, we offer customers the option of selecting a large variety of fresh fruit to be blended into unique juice products. Our main business is food and drink servicing at festivals, with participation in over 100 festival events every year, and our main customers are tourists and local visitors. All aspects of the juice making process are on display, from the fruits that are freshly cut and processed at the booth, to assembly into cups and blending into unique products. We stand by the freshness and authenticity of our product offerings, as one of the only beverage retailers that also sells fresh fruit cups. The explosion of colors at our sales booth as various fruits are displayed is one of the surest signs that it is summertime! Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service while taking sales orders. * Interact with customers and provide a positive experience. * Maintain exceptional quality standards. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure orders are processed efficiently. * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. * Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Assist with setup and teardown of the event booth. * Inform supervisor of inventory shortage and refill requirements. * Daily cleaning of blender, containers and food prep tools. * Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. * Work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. Requirements: * Successful candidates must be able and willing to travel to the Florida Strawberry Festival for the duration of their contract. * Basic math skills, including retail math. * Able to communicate effectively with customers. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Able to complete job responsibilities without direct supervision. * Experience working in a team environment. * Demonstrate strong work ethics: responsible, reliable, and punctual. * Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required. * Maintain a positive attitude, showing entrepreneur spirit in problem solving and improving sales. * Go beyond what is required to achieve goals.
