WHAT WE OFFER * Pay range: $18 - $20 per hour! * Paid Time Off * Full-time WHAT YOU'LL DO * Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries * Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications * Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves * Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork * Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction * Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues * All other duties as assigned * Will require working every other Saturday 8am-12pm. When working the Saturday, you will take a half day during the week WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * High school diploma or equivalent * Sales experience needed * Excellent customer service skills * Able to communicate professionally in English * Strong computer skills required, Microsoft office experience preferred * Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs * Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Boise, ID.
