#IND123 JOB ID 23056 - Senior Sales Representative Location: Jacksonville, 32216 - This position is onsite Pay: $45,000 yearly plus commission Typical first year commission earnings: $15,000 year 1 and will increase Type: Direct hire Schedule: Career outlook: Excellent benefits including 401K * Job Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Management & Sales: Manage and grow an existing client base to meet/exceed sales goals, spending ~50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events. Conduct daily outreach via calls and meetings. * New Business Development: Prospect daily for new clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively participate in networking events to expand business opportunities. * Account Coordination & Project Support: Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support Client Service Coordinators and the Sales Team with pricing, job status, client tours, and inventory follow-ups. * Quoting & Financial Oversight: Prepare and secure approval for job quotes using company protocols; monitor AR and escrow balances and follow up with clients as needed. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient project execution, and represent the company at trade shows and association events to build industry relationships. * Nice to have: * Print industry preferred * Associates or Bachelor's degree * Medical * Qualifications: * Must have 2 - 5+ years of sales experience * Associate's Degree preferred * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills * Overnight travel is minimal, significant daily local travel required * High school diploma or equivalent required * Background check required * Drug screening required
