A licensed and certified Boise, Idaho water restoration company has an immediate opening for a Construction Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven success record and a minimum of 5 years' experience of sales in business to business sales and marketing. Company specializes in the Water Fire and Mold Restoration as well as a General Contractor for insurance and commercial industry. We seek a top sales/marketing representative to become part of our team. Responsibilities include: * Learn, train on and use our proprietary contact software. * New Account development. * Cold calling to set appointments * One-on-one and group meetings * Coordinate and conduct training presentations. * Follow through via letters, literature, email, etc. * Being persistent to obtain work * Account Management & follow through * Learn and understand our messaging and sales strategy * Increase business with current accounts * Manage new assignments as they come in * Ensure service needs are being met/exceeded. * Entertain clients as necessary * Regular visits to nurture relationships Desired Qualifications : * Excellent relationship building skills * Strong presentation computer organizational and communication skills * Strong work ethic * Willingness to go the extra mile is a must * Valid DL * Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment background and drug screen Compensation package is performance based - and includes base salary , sales commissions, and expenses allowance.
