Overview Madison Lawn & Landscape of Sioux Falls is seeking a professional with proven experience to support the landscape design and sales operations. This role blends creative landscape design expertise with client-facing sales and project coordination. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly motivated, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional client experiences. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of professional landscape design and sales experience, a degree in Landscape Architecture, or a combination of both. * Portfolio demonstrating previous landscape design work is required and must be available upon request or submitted with application. * Highly proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and SketchUp * Proven ability to present design concepts and proposals to Commercial & Residential clients and close sales. * Ability to design within established budgets while maintaining profitability and project value. * Working knowledge of regional plant materials, site conditions, and applicable codes or regulations. * In-depth understanding of landscape design, construction, and installation best procedures. * Experience producing clear construction documentation for installation teams. * Bilingual: Spanish/English is a bonus * Valid Driver's License with a clear record. Responsibilities * Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals.
