Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential customers, managing accounts, and driving business development initiatives to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services, utilizing your negotiation skills to close deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and develop new business opportunities. * Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics. * Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to expand the customer base. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and territory management. * Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, technology sales, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is preferred. * Strong account management skills with a focus on relationship building and customer retention. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. * Experience in lead generation, territory management, and direct sales strategies. * Ability to conduct product demos confidently and effectively communicate value propositions. * A background in marketing or retail sales is a plus. * Exceptional communication skills combined with a strong customer service orientation.
