Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven, people-focused sales professional to connect with clients, assess their needs, and deliver tailored safety solutions with clarity and integrity. Key Responsibilities * Identify Potential Clients. o Connects with potential customers with persistence and creative problem- solving. * Achieves Sales Targets o Demonstrates unwavering commitment to meeting and exceeding goals. * Customer Needs Assessment o Recommending appropriate solutions based on genuine customer needs. * Sales Contracts & Quoting o Prepares and manages clear and transparent contracts, communicating any problems and solutions in a professional and clear manner while demonstrating honest communication with customers, building trust. o Ensures all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and agreed upon. * Account Management o Maintain relationships and provides on-going support ensuring clients feel valued and supported. * Knowledge of SafeCare Divisions for Stronger Support and Impact o Gains a foundational understanding of the unique offerings, objectives, and target audiences for each SafeCare division to better align sales and communications. * Understand and Reflect SafeCare Values o Emphasizes the importance of trust, openness, and respect in all interactions. Qualifications * A commitment to SafeCare's core values: Authenticity, Character, Compassion, Determination, and Fun. * 3+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in service industry sales or maintenance. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Self-starter who is proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented. * Perform other duties as assigned to meet business, operational, safety, and customer service needs. * Pass required drug screening per company policy. * Maintain a valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirements with the ability to drive long distances and a willingness to be on the road meeting customers in person. * Communicate clearly and effectively in person, by phone, video, email, and other electronic formats. * Read, interpret, and follow written procedures, policies, and instructions. * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. * Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands. * Perform repetitive motions, and prolonged computer or device use as required by role. * Work standard business hours with flexibility based on role needs. * Maintain organized digital & physical filing systems. * Manage time sensitive requests calmly and accurately. * Provide general administrative support across departments. * Communicate effectively with employees across all organizational levels. * Visually review documents and screens for accuracy and completeness. * Coordinate multiple initiatives and employee events simultaneously. * Work independently on complex technical tasks. * Document technical work clearly and explain concepts to non-technical users. * Travel occasionally between IN and KY offices. * Work effectively in shared office environments with moderate noise and interruptions. * Support meetings and events, including standing or walking for moderate periods. * Sit, stand, and change positions throughout the workday. * Lift, carry, and move office materials or equipment (20-40 lbs.) * Bend, reach, and stoop for filing, equipment access, or workspace organization. * Lift and transport event materials (up to 30 lbs.) * Work occasional non-standard hours for events. * Represent the company professionally at events and public venues. * Adapt communication styles to diverse candidate populations. * Participate in assigned on-call rotations. * Document findings accurately in written and electronic systems. * Maintain company vehicle. * Travel between customer locations in IN and KY and manage a mobile schedule.
