Full description of the position

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance options and guiding them through the purchasing process. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities * Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their needs and preferences. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to ensure client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer service experiences. Qualifications * Previous experience in insurance sales. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Proven negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to manage sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Must have a state issued Property and Casualty insurance license upon completion of on-the-job training.
