This is a quota-carrying leadership role where you'll oversee a team of sales professionals, drive strategic initiatives, and make a direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion. Benefits and Compensation * Competitive base salary plus commission structure * Professional development and leadership training opportunities * Travel reimbursement for client meetings and industry events * Opportunity to represent the company at conferences and webinars * Fast-paced, innovative environment with significant growth potential Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred) * 8-10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B software/SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role * Proven success building and managing enterprise sales teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets * Experience selling to enterprise clients (financial services, insurance, or related sectors preferred) * Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills * Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management best practices * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strategic thinker, results-driven, and collaborative team leader Must Haves (Day-to-Day Leadership Tasks) * Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve weekly and quarterly targets * Drive enterprise prospecting strategy and ensure consistent pipeline growth across regions * Oversee delivery of product demonstrations and discovery calls to uncover client pain points and objectives * Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates for all team sales activities * Provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to senior management * Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and Implementation teams post-sale * Gather client feedback and relay insights to Product and Marketing teams to influence roadmap * Represent the company as a thought leader in AI solutions at industry events and conferences Preferred Background & Skills * Experience leading sales teams in AI, data, or enterprise technology solutions * Background in financial services or insurance industries * Familiarity with emerging AI trends and ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients * Strong industry network and active participation in associations or conferences * Ability to deliver market intelligence reports and competitive insights to executive leadership * Track record of high client satisfaction and long-term retention rates
