What You'll Do * Go door-to-door in assigned territories and introduce homeowners to The Edge Pest Control services. * Present and sell our Edge Protect plans (Basic, Plus, and Ultimate). * Build rapport, answer questions, and close sales on the spot. * Track leads, manage follow-ups, and report daily results in our CRM system. * Represent The Edge brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. What We Offer * Commission plus hourly pay with uncapped earning potential top reps earn $1,000-$2,000+ per week. * Performance bonuses and prizes for top closers. * Paid training and all sales materials provided. * Company apparel, marketing support, and flexible sales zones. * Clear path to promotion into Sales Management or Operations roles.
