Position Overview The Project Sales Manager serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their exterior improvement project. This role blends sales, project oversight, and customer communication , ensuring each project moves smoothly from inspection to completion. You will: * Inspect properties * Educate homeowners * Present solutions and proposals * Coordinate with the office and production teams * Maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle This position is performance-based with unlimited earning potential. Key Responsibilities * Conduct exterior property inspections and document findings * Communicate inspection results and project scope clearly to homeowners * Guide customers through the repair or replacement process * Submit completed documentation to the office * Manage multiple active projects and leads simultaneously * Maintain accurate reporting, photos, and notes * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion * Represent No Limit Roofing professionally in the field * Contribute positively to company culture and team success Requirements * Basic computer and internet skills * Comfortable using a smartphone and digital reporting tools * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs * Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions * Valid driver's license * Independent, self-disciplined, and strong time-management skills * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-starter with motivation to exceed performance goals * Ability to safely transport and secure an extension ladder as required for job duties Preferred but Not Required: * Sales experience (1+ year preferred) * Construction, roofing, or exterior trades experience Full training is provided.
