Part-Time HVAC Service & Install Technician (No Sales / Flat-Rate Pay) TruePoint Air Systems is a new residential HVAC company serving Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. We're looking for an experienced part-time HVAC technician who can handle residential service, repairs, and installs. This role is ideal for a moonlighter or semi-retired tech who wants clean jobs, fair pay, and zero sales pressure -- with opportunity for growth for those interested. What You 'll Be Doing * Residential HVAC diagnostics and repairs * Performing residential system replacements and change-outs * Maintenance visits for TruePoint+ Members * Repair-first recommendations with honest replacement conversations when appropriate * Clean, professional work in occupied homes Growth Opportunity This role can remain part-time long-term for the right fit.
