Active Staffing Services is Expanding! Overview We are seeking a motivated Client Success and Sales Growth professional to re- engage existing relationships and generate new revenue opportunities. This role focuses on reconnecting with current, inactive, and past clients to reopen conversations, identify needs, and set qualified sales appointments. This is not a telemarketing role. Success requires initiative, persistence, and the ability to confidently move conversations forward while building trust with decision-makers. Responsibilities * Proactively contact current, inactive, and past clients to reactivate accounts and identify upsell opportunities * Reopen dormant relationships and turn existing contacts into qualified sales opportunities * Set strong, qualified appointments for the sales and branch teams * Introduce and discuss additional services, including Direct Hire, Transportation, and Warehouse solutions * Identify and connect with decision-makers within target organizations * Partner with branch teams to develop leads from temporary employee work histories * Research companies, uncover opportunities, and document all activity accurately in the CRM * Maintain consistent follow-up to drive opportunities to resolution Qualifications * High energy with strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to follow up, stay organized, and manage multiple conversations * Comfortable researching companies and decision-makers independently * Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision * Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and online research tools * Sales, client engagement, or business development experience preferred Why Join Us We value initiative, follow-through, and accountability.
