Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for Logistics sales. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. * Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective territory management and relationship building. * Conduct demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products. * Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or Logistics/3PL sales environments. * Strong skills in account management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for tracking customer interactions and managing sales pipelines. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services effectively. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. * Ability to perform demos that highlight key features and benefits to potential clients. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Experience in freight brokerage inside sales is a plus but not required. * A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
