Job Description: Arbor Sales and Production Specialist Location: Lakewood, CO Company: Nationscapes Nationscapes, a leader in creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor environments, is seeking a passionate and skilled Arbor Sales and Production Specialist to join our team in Lakewood, CO. Key Responsibilities * Sales and Client Relations * Develop and maintain relationships with residential clients, understanding their tree care and landscaping needs. * Conduct site visits to assess tree health, recommend services, and provide accurate estimates. * Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets. * Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into long-term customers. * Production and Operations * Oversee the planning and execution of tree care services, including pruning, removal, planting, and health assessments. * Coordinate with arborists, crew members, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. * Monitor job sites for safety compliance and adherence to industry standards. * Manage equipment, materials, and schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity. * Team Collaboration and Leadership * Work closely with the Nationscapes team to align sales goals with production capabilities. * Provide guidance and support to field crews, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence. * Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on the latest arboriculture techniques and trends. Qualifications * Proven experience in arboriculture with a focus on sales and project management. * Strong knowledge of tree species, diseases, pests, and proper care techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. * Proficiency in preparing estimates, proposals, and managing budgets. * Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. * ISA Certification is required * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. * Capability to climb, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks as needed. * Must be able to operate and handle tree care equipment safely.
