: As a Windshield Rock Chip Repair Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling windshield repair services to customers with chipped or cracked windshields. You will operate primarily in a field sales capacity, engaging with customers at car dealerships in the service drive. Schedule Appointments: Coordinate with customers to schedule convenient appointments for windshield repairs, ensuring timely service delivery. 7. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other members of our team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services. 9. Qualifications

: - Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey technical information. - Demonstrated sales acumen and negotiation skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different locations. - Familiarity with windshield repair techniques and materials (preferred but not required). - Ability to perform rock chip repairs (we can train you). Range $18-$30/per hour plus weekly performance bonuses. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
