We're hiring high-performance closers to join our outside sales division and master an elite, industry-leading restoration sales system. This is a hybrid role with a powerful blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, offering the perfect balance of independence, culture, and momentum. As a High-Ticket Closer, you'll create leads and turn them into $500K-$750K+ commercial and residential restoration projects using a high-velocity system built for serious earners. No cap, no ceiling, and zero limits on your growth! Compensation (Explosive Income Potential): Our compensation system is built for closers who want to win -- big. As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll plug into an industry-leading, performance-based commission structure that pays you weekly and rewards high- level production.
