We are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative for our State Farm office. Can consider Part-time depending on experience. Requirements: * Must be willing to take insurance licensing exam (if not already licensed) * Ability to discuss accounts with customers to service accounts and make sure everything is working well for them - Must be willing to be coached and learn new processes * Handle customer requests over the phone and in person * Must be willing and able to empathize with customers as we help them through difficult situations Responsibilities : * Ability to discuss accounts with customers - Prospect for new potential customers via agency platforms and in personal network * Working with customers to handle any questions and inquiries that need to be handled * Support current customers by handling phone calls, transfers, claims and correspondence * Establish positive working relationships with clients, underwriters, repair services, and the local community Benefits : * Competitive Compensation * PTO/Vacation and Holidays increase with experience * Ability to move up in the company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: * Eagle, ID: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): * Insurance or State Farm Experience is preferable for this position.
