Sales Representatives spend their days in the field, visiting customer homes to assess concerns and offer solutions. Travel is local, with a company- provided vehicle and high-quality, company-generated leads -- no cold calling. We're looking for competitive, confident, and people-focused professionals who thrive on helping homeowners solve real problems. What We Provide You: * Verifiable W-2 opportunity to earn $80,000 -$180,000+ annually (uncapped commission) * Paid training and onboarding to become a certified Waterproofing and/or Foundation Repair Specialist * Company car, gas card, and inspection tools * Company-provided, pre-qualified leads -- no cold calling * Sign-on bonus after 90 days * Full benefits package, including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Ongoing training and professional development * A respectful, team-oriented culture with opportunities to grow What You 'll Do: * Travel to homeowner appointments scheduled by the company * Build rapport, ask discovery questions, and understand customer concerns * Perform inspections in basements and crawl spaces to identify issues * Recommend tailored solutions using Southeast's trusted systems and products * Create detailed proposals and pricing based on inspection findings * Meet or exceed sales goals by following our proven one-call close system * Represent Southeast with professionalism, integrity, and empathy What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years of recent sales experience * Background in in-home sales , real estate, home improvement, or construction preferred * Confident, self-motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build trust and deliver high-quality solutions under pressure * Strong presentation and relationship-building skills * Willing and able to enter crawl spaces and basements for inspection * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record required * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Us?
