Summary/Objective We're looking for a Senior Account Manager hungry for growth, energized by the chase, and eager to make things happen. This is not about "waiting for opportunities"; it's about hunting them down. Your mission is to grow sales from both new and existing accounts, working with dealers, end-users, brokers, and A&D firms in the Bay Area. This role thrives on hustle: building relationships, leveraging marketing to the max, engaging prospects with charisma, and documenting the journey in our CRM. No furniture background needed, just the hunger to learn, the drive to sell, and the personality to win people over. Responsibilities * Chase Growth Relentlessly: Build and expand business with dealers, end-users, brokers, and A&D accounts, keeping your calendar packed with meaningful sales appointments every week. * Be a Hunter, Not a Gatherer: Identify, pursue, and close opportunities. You're not waiting for the phone to ring; you're making the calls, knocking on the doors, and setting up the meetings. * Leverage Marketing as a Weapon: Work proactively with the Marketing Director to spot and maximize opportunities. Translate digital marketing into real sales growth. * Master the CRM: Track every touchpoint in Zoho; who you met with, what opportunities surfaced, outcomes of the meeting, and next steps. Precision here drives strategy. * Educate & Persuade: Confidently present Friant's solutions, run product demos, lead dealer training sessions, and facilitate showroom/factory tours. * Strategize with Purpose: Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans with leadership to hit and exceed goals. * Build Fun, Lasting Relationships: Bring charisma and authenticity to the table. Relationships are your currency, and you know how to make them stick. * Adapt to the New Sales Landscape: It's not who you know anymore, it's what you know, how well you use the tools, and how fast you adapt.
