About the position We are looking to fill an immediate opening for an organized and experienced Outside Sales Representative to initiate contact and foster relationships with our customer base. The Outside Sales Representative's responsibilities include extensive traveling in assigned territories to directly meet with potential and current clients to discuss their requirements, provide product and service demonstrations and inform them of new product and service releases and updates. Potential territory will include Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and West Virginia. We are looking for a candidate to be based preferably near Cincinnati. Requirements * Strong telephone and written communication skills * Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people * Dedication to excellent customer service * Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, travel, customer support, email, phone calls, etc. * Arrange meetings with potential clients and identify new business opportunities. * Prepare and deliver sales pitches to customers. * Closing deals for the company and foster brand relationships with current as well as new customers. * Travel within territory to meet with current customers and prospects as well as complete cold calls as possible. * Must have a smart phone * Valid driver's license, auto insurance and vehicle * Pass a criminal background check * Proven track record of outside sales experience preferred. * High school education is required but college degree preferred. * Experience in the window covering field preferred.
