Our company has been fortunate enough to have experienced an extremely successful year thus far and we are expanding our Entry Level Sales Support Specialist team in order to expand our reach with our clients. We are partnered with one of the nation's largest essential service providers, whose goal is to increase their customer base while maintaining loyalty from their current customers. This is where we come in; through our unique, individualized sales approach, we are able to create long term customer loyalty. Entry Level Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities: * Join fellow team members during daily residential outreach campaigns with the goal of signing up new customers or upgrading current ones * Receiving and mastering all front-end training from leadership and management in order to become an expert in the role of the Entry Level Sales Support Specialist * Following client compliance standards when working with customers while maintaining the utmost professionalism * Becoming an expert in all client product knowledge to be able to effectively educate and answer customer inquiries * Learn the fundamentals of the sales process to be able to complete customer sales and achieve client satisfaction * Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions to send to clients in order to keep customer records up to date * Work directly with other Entry Level Sales Support Specialists in order to learn from one another and assist in the development of all * Contribute in daily company meetings with any ideas or feedback on how to improve our company as a whole Requirements of an Entry Level Sales Support Specialist: * High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor's Degree is preferred * 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles * Proficient communication skills to be able to communicate with customers, clients, and internally * A drive to rise above the status quo, and do more than the bare minimum expected * An unmatched work ethic coupled with a never-ending thirst for knowledge * A passion for working with people, both internally and externally * An ability to be coached and trained, and a want to mentor others Job Type: Full-time Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location: In person
