Phoenix Roofing is owned and operated by Adam Visbeen , a former U.S. Army Special Operations Officer who brings an exceptional level of leadership, discipline, and sales psychology training to the team. I am seeking a Sales Manager who fully embraces the Phoenix Mission --delivering quality workmanship, developing resilient leaders, and driving company growth across multiple cities and states. Opportunities * Phoenix Roofing is executing a 5-year expansion plan to establish 10 locations nationwide. We are currently operating in Huntsville, AL and Nashville, TN. In less than 18 months as a company we have attained our Owens Corning Preferred Contractor certificate and grew our Alabama branch to a 10-person team. This is a reflection of our strong leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to quality growth. * The Sales Manager role includes the opportunity to earn bonuses and annual benefits. Sales Manager Salary: The sales manager will have a base salary which will be discussed in person based upon experience. Ranging from $10,000 - $20,000 Sales Manager Bonus Structure: (Monthly Sales) Less than $249k no bonus $250k - $350 k = 1% bonus $350 - $499 = 2% bonus $500 - $649 = 3% bonus $650k = 4% bonus Sales Manager Benefits: - Company Ipad Responsibilities * Recruit, train, and, when necessary, terminate sales representatives. * Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed performance goals. * Coach sales representatives on effective closing techniques and in-home sales strategies. * Manage and distribute company-provided leads to maximize conversion rates. * Mentor team members on best practices in direct sales, cold calling, upselling, and negotiation. * Track and analyze sales performance, reporting metrics and improvement plans to leadership. Requirements * Proven success in outside sales management within the roofing or construction industry. * A leadership mindset grounded in integrity, mentorship, and ethical decision-making. * Demonstrated experience in territory management , lead generation , and team development. * Strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills.
