Responsibilities * Lead generate and follow up with leads provided * Conduct two open houses monthly * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiations, repairs, and other sale related disciplines * Compensation is directly correlated to agent focus and diligence. Results may not be typical. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Attracting and converting clients is a strength for you. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
