As the Sales Manager, you will be assisting our customers to understand and select the best finance, insurance, and aftermarket options and products available for their vehicle along and process all deals accurately and properly for an excellent customer experience. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. * Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. * Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Experience in sales management and / or finance management in the automotive industry * Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a team of 12 sales professionals. * Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of confidentiality * Excellent communicative and consultative skills RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for leading our team of sales professionals to achieve monthly sales goals * Work with manufacturers on ordering and stocking inventory * Appraising vehicle trades and auction purchases * Utilize automotive exclusive software for marketing and pricing of inventory * Oversee used vehicle reconditioning process * Oversee ongoing training requirements of sales professionals * Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records and verification of social security number.
